Are you based in the UK?

Yes, we are based in the UK and all our products are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Is it safe to order online?

Our online payment system uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. All your personal and financial information is 100% secure during the entire shopping experience.

Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

No. You can place an order without creating an account.

Do you have a shop I could visit?

We are solely an internet based company and do not have a physical shop.

Can I place my order over the phone?

You may place your order over the phone by calling our sales number at +44 1388 205 240 between the hours of 9am – 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday.

Do you offer wholesale or discounted pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for re-sellers of our products. For retail customers who place a large order, we can provide a small discount.

Do you offer custom made orders?

Yes, we can custom make orders with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. Please contact us.

How can I get hold of the items that are limited or out of stock?

We receive regular shipments of new stock. If you are in urgent need of more ties than we have stock, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

No, we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

What are my shipping options?

For UK customers, we can ship via standard 1st class post or Special Delivery Next Day. For International customers we ship via Royal Mail Airmail or International Express Courier. Please see our delivery page for more information.

Do you ship outside the UK? Which countries do you offer this service to?

We ship worldwide.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

Shipping costs internationally is dependent on weight. Your shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

How do I redeem a promotional code / voucher code?

You may type the promotional or voucher code at the checkout page.

What are my payment options?

You may pay via credit/debit card or with your Paypal account balance.

There is an error when trying to a make a purchase with my credit/debit card online. How do I pay?

You may call our sales team between the hours of 9am -5pm, Monday to Friday and they will process your purchase manually for you.

AFTER SALES

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, on a Saturday, a Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?

That is dependant on your chosen delivery method and your location, please refer to our delivery page.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

You need to sign for your delivery if the shipping method is Recorded Signed For, Special and Track & Signed.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes. You can email or call us right away to amend your order.

What is your exchange and return policy?

You may view our exchange and return policy on our returns page.

Can I return the item to the warehouse?

No. We only accept online returns.

How can you fix a damaged item?

Kindly email us and attach photo showing the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. No need to return the damaged item.

What is the process to amend a wrong item received?

Kindly email us with you order number and attach photo of the wrong item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement immediately. We will advise if you’ll need to return the wrong item or you may keep it.

What is the process to amend an incomplete order?

Kindly email us with your order number and confirm the missing item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for the missing item immediately.
