Returns

James Alexander offers a very simple returns policy.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS NOTES

1. You are welcome to return your item(s) purchased within 30 days for a refund.
2. Fill out completely the Returns Form.
3. Print James Alexander Return Request confirmation email and enclose within your return parcel.
4. Return all items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
5. James Alexander will take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit and therefore recommends all items returned via a registered delivery service. Please retain proof of postage.
6. You must complete all sections of the returns form to guarantee your refund and to allow us to process your return without delay.
7. Upon receipt of a completed form and returned item(s), we aim to process returns within 2 working days.
8. Customers are liable for return shipping costs except when James Alexander is at fault.
